Summer is finally approaching, and with the warmer weather, smoothies are my go-to breakfast or lunch. I have been lucky enough to partner up with Arbonne for the month of November to test and try their nutritional products for 30 days. One of my favourite products so far has been the ‘Arbonne Essentials – Greens Balance’ powder. The ingredients include superfoods such as spirulina, spinach, kale, flaxseed and a range of fruits to make this powder full of macronutrients and delicious. In this smoothie I created, I have also added ‘Arbonne Essentials – Daily Fibre Boost’ beverage mix to increase the fibre content. This is the perfect smoothie for those mornings when I am craving something sweet and need some extra greens, or lunch when I am short on time. Simple, healthy and delicious.
- 1 scoop (16g) Arbonne Essentials Daily Fibre Boost Beverage Mix
- 1 scoop (7.34g) Arbonne Essentials Greens Balance Powder
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen spinach
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup filtered water.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes on high in the blender.
- Pour into glass and enjoy.
